Minimum Wage by State

This map, prepared by the U.S. Department of Labor, shows all U.S. states and territories with minimum wages higher then, the same as, and lower then the Federal Minimum Wage. In any state with a minimum wage lower then the Federal Minimum Wage, the Federal Minimum Wage will take precedent.
