Wisconsin Printable Free Minimum Wage Law Posters Wisconsin Minimum Wage Rates (Spanish) Poster

The Minimum Wage Rates (Spanish) is a Wisconsin minimum wage law poster provided for businesses by the Wisconsin Department Of Workforce Development. This notification is required for some employers, such as employers of spanish-speaking employees.

This Spanish-language poster details the State of Wisconsin's provisions for minimum wage and overtime work. Indeed, in the State, employers are covered with respect to both. More specifically, State law requires payment of not less than the minimum wage for all hours worked and not less than time and one-half the regular pay rate for all hours worked overtime.

The poster goes on to detail provisions with respect to minimum wage and overtime work for workers with disabilities.

Employers are required by State law to post notice of the policies detailed on this poster in a conspicuous place in any place of business.

Those wishing to know more about this policy or with questions, comments, or concerns is encouraged to contact the Equal Rights Division of the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development (contact information is provided on the poster itself).
