The North Dakota Department Of Labor and Human Rights requires that these two mandatory labor law posters be diaplayed by all employers in an easily-viewed area in the workplace. Most businesses in North Dakota will also need to print and post the Federal Department of Labor's mandatory labor posters in addition to these state posters.
In North Dakota, the following posters must be rightly displayed in all workplaces: North Dakota Minimum Wage and Work Conditions Summary poster, North Dakota Unemployment Insurance Poster, and Workforce Safety and Insurance Certificate of Premium Payment. Other state agency and federal labor laws including; Uniform Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act, Equal Employment Opportunity, Family and Medical Leave Act Poster, right under the National Labor Relations Act, right to a Safe and Healthy Workplace and Employee Polygraph Protection Posters are also applicable.
