The Oklahoma Oklahoma Employment Security Commission requires that these one mandatory labor law posters be diaplayed by all employers in an easily-viewed area in the workplace. Most businesses in Oklahoma will also need to print and post the Federal Department of Labor's mandatory labor posters in addition to these state posters.
In Oklahoma, the following state labor law posters must be rightly displayed in all work stations: state Minimum Wage Poster, Oklahoma Fair Employment Practice Act, Oklahoma Workers? Compensation Notice, and Notice for Workers? and Registration Certificate (qualified employers through state office only).
