The Utah Labor Commission provides a number of mandatory and optional labor law posters for all Utah businesses with employees to prominently post in the workplace. The Utah Labor Commission requires that these four mandatory labor law posters be diaplayed by all employers in an easily-viewed area in the workplace. Most businesses in Utah will also need to print and post the Federal Department of Labor's mandatory labor posters in addition to these state posters.
There are many posters that are required by state or federal law to be posted at your place of business. The Utah Labor Commission requires that employers post two notices: 1) Workers Compensation and 2) Occupational Safety and Health.
