Required Virginia Labor Law Posters

The Virginia Employment Commission requires that these four mandatory labor law posters be diaplayed by all employers in an easily-viewed area in the workplace. Most businesses in Virginia will also need to print and post the Federal Department of Labor's mandatory labor posters in addition to these state posters.
The Commonwealth of Virginia requires that up to six different labor law posters be displayed in a conspicuous place in any employer's establishment so that all employees may review at their leisure. Virginia also requires that employers post up to six federal labor law posters in addition to the state-required ones. Employers in Virginia are subject to a citation and possible fine if the right posters are not displayed.
