The Vermont Department Of Labor requires that these seven mandatory labor law posters be diaplayed by all employers in an easily-viewed area in the workplace. Most businesses in Vermont will also need to print and post the Federal Department of Labor's mandatory labor posters in addition to these state posters.
Under Vermont law, all Vermont employers must advise their employees and customers of where they may view workforce and labor standards in the employer's workspace. The State of Vermont requires that employers post twelve separate posters detailing workforce and labor standards in addition to the federal workplace labor posters.
