The Pennsylvania Department Of Labor & Industry requires that these five mandatory labor law posters be diaplayed by all employers in an easily-viewed area in the workplace. Most businesses in Pennsylvania will also need to print and post the Federal Department of Labor's mandatory labor posters in addition to these state posters.
In Pennsylvania, the following state labor posters must be rightly displayed in all workplaces: the Pennsylvania Child Labor Act, Right to know Law, Hours of Work for Minors under Eighteen, Minimum Wage Law Poster and Fact Sheet, Equal Pay Law, Unemployment Compensation, Workers? Compensation Insurance, PA Clean Air Signage for No Smoking, Equal Opportunity and Fair Practices Notice and several other relevant federal labor posters. The state department of Labor and Industry Insists that all notices must be posted in a conspicuous place so that they can be seen and read by all employees. Failure to post the notices can and may result in stiff penalties and possible fines.
