The Public Accommodation is a Pennsylvania equal opportunity law poster provided for businesses by the Pennsylvania Department Of Labor & Industry. This notification is required for some employers, such as employers of public accommodation services.

This is a state labor poster enforced by the Pennsylvanian Human Relations Commission. It is a mandatory posting required of any owner, lessee, proprietor, manager, superintendent, agent, or employee. The poster is a summary of provisions under the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (PHRACT), which forbids the aforementioned from discriminating against anyone regarding the purchase and or use of public accommodation on the basis of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, physical or mental handicap or relationship. It should be displayed at a conspicuous place.
