Pennsylvania Fair Lending Poster
The Fair Lending is a Pennsylvania equal opportunity law poster provided for businesses by the Pennsylvania Department Of Labor & Industry. This notification is required for some employers, such as employers that rent or sell homes.
This is a state labor poster enforced by the Pennsylvanian Commission for Human Rights. It is a mandatory posting required of and important for persons, employers, associations, corporations, and recruitment agencies within the state. According to the Pennsylvanian Human Relations Act summarized in this poster, itâ€™s unlawful to discriminate against or refuse to finance, lend money and or withhold financing for the purchase, construction, rehabilitation, repair or maintenance of any housing or commercial property based on race, religion, disability, age, ancestral origin, color, sex, national origin, or political leaning. Also in the poster are how and when to file a complaint under the law. The poster must be posted at a conspicuous place where all can read.
