Texas Printable Free Equal Opportunity Law Posters The Law in Texas on Employee Rights Poster Mandatory

The The Law in Texas on Employee Rights is a Texas equal opportunity law poster provided for businesses by the Texas Workforce Commission. This is a required poster for all Texas employers, and any business that fails to post this notification may be subject to penalties or fines.

This poster shows that in the State of Texas the law prohibits employers, employment agencies, and labor unions from denying equal employment opportunities in hiring, promotion, pay, benefits, membership, and training, among other things.

More specifically, these parties are prohibited from discriminating based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, or disability. Finally, this poster declares that that sexual harassment is punishable under the law in Texas. The poster closes by encouraging anyone who feels they have been discriminated against to contact the Civil Rights Division of the Texas Workforce Commission.
