Pay Transparency Non-Discrimination Poster
The Pay Transparency Non-Discrimination is a Federal workers rights law poster provided for businesses by the Federal Department Of Labor. This notification is required for some employers, such as entities holding federal contracts, subcontracts or federally-assisted construction.
PAY TRANSPARENCY NONDISCRIMINATION PROVISION The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employe es or applicants because they have inquired about, d iscussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
