Oregon State Minimum Wage Poster Mandatory
The State Minimum Wage Poster is an Oregon minimum wage law poster provided for businesses by the Oregon Bureau Of Labor and Industry. This is a required poster for all Oregon employers, and any business that fails to post this notification may be subject to penalties or fines.
MINIMUM WAGE ▶ Every worker must be paid at least minimum wage. There are exceptions but they are uncommon. ▶ The minimum wage goes up every year. These rates are in effect from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024. The next minimum wage increase is on July 1, 2024. ▶ Tip credits are illegal in Oregon. ▶ Deductions are allowed if legally required or if you agree in writing and the deduction is for your benefit.
