criteria of an employee, visit colorado.gov/cdle/TipForm	, or call us at 303-318-9100 and select OpE?on 4. To be classified as
an employee, you must meet the criteria in Colorado Revised Statute 8-70-115. You can read the law online and find out

As an employee	, you are enE?tled to unemployment insurance benefits if you become unemployed through no fault of your own.
Your employer contributes to unemployment insurance and cannot deduct this from your wages	.
If you become unemployed and wish to file for unemployment insurance benefits, go to coloradoui.gov and click on File a Claim.
If your hours of work and pay are reduced, you may be enE?tled to parE?al unemployment benefits.
