Wisconsin Employee Protections Against Use of Honesty Testing Devices Poster
The Employee Protections Against Use of Honesty Testing Devices is a Wisconsin miscellaneous law poster provided for businesses by the Wisconsin Department Of Workforce Development. This notification is required for some employers, such as employers who use honesty testing devices.
This poster discusses the rules and regulations set by the State of Wisconsin concerning protections for workers against honesty testing.
More specifically, workers cannot be discriminated against in any way based on the results of any honesty testing nor can they be forced to take such a test in order to be offered employment by a business operating in the State.
Anyone who feels they have been a victim of such practices is encouraged to contact the Equal Rights Division of the State of Wisconsin's Department of Workforce Development (contact information is included on the poster).
